Welcome to EntryPoint, a Workplace Control System developed by Coderelix. EntryPoint provides a suite of tools to manage workplace access, logistics, facilities, and assets. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EntryPoint system provided by Coderelix.
By using EntryPoint, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy.
Access to EntryPoint is restricted to authorized personnel within the subscribing organization. As a user, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Use the System solely for legitimate, authorized workplace operations.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
- Refrain from engaging in unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with system operations.
- Immediately report any unauthorized access, technical issues, or data breaches.
Unauthorized use or attempted security breaches may result in suspension or termination of access and potential legal consequences.
EntryPoint includes the following integrated modules:
- Gatepass & Entry Control: Returnable Gatepass (RGP), Non-Returnable Gatepass (NRGP), Visitor Pass, Contractor Attendance, Scrap Movement Pass, and Employee Early Exit Pass.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Inward/Outward Material Register, Finished Goods Register, Courier Register (Official), and eCommerce Delivery Register (Employee).
- Facilities & Resource Booking: Meeting Room/Conference Hall Booking, Company Vehicle Management, and Utility Booking System.
- Registers & Management: Vehicle Entry/Exit Register (for third-party vehicles), Key Register, and Stationery & Office Supplies Management.
- Assets Management: Asset Assignment Records, Maintenance Logs, and Asset Tracking System.
Use of these modules is governed by the access rights granted to you and your organization’s internal policies.
All intellectual property rights in and to EntryPoint, including but not limited to its codebase, architecture, interface design, databases, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Coderelix. No part of EntryPoint may be copied, modified, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Coderelix.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the integrity of user data, Coderelix disclaims all liability for:
- Data loss or corruption resulting from user actions or system misuse.
- Business interruptions or damages arising from unauthorized access.
- Errors or delays caused by internet outages, third-party systems, or user-provided data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coderelix’s liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the System.
All data entered by the Client or its authorized users remains the sole property of the Client. Coderelix may process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing system functionality and support. Coderelix implements industry-standard measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access but does not assume liability for security breaches beyond its control.
Coderelix strives to maintain high system availability and provide technical support in accordance with agreed-upon service terms. However, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted access, and temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
Coderelix reserves the right to update or modify the System and/or these Terms at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the System after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Coderelix or the subscribing organization reserves the right to revoke access to the System at any time for non-compliance with these Terms or breach of security or confidentiality provisions.
